Thank you for shopping at Joy Silk. We take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our handcrafted silk items, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return must be filed within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Custom or personalized items
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items damaged due to improper use or care
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at 1-888-676-9267 to request a return authorization.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Inspection & Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will send a replacement.
Refund/Credit Policy: We do not offer refunds. Returned items may be exchanged for an identical replacement or issued as store credit. Please note that store credit can only be applied toward items of equal or greater value.
3. No Refunds

Approved returns will be eligible for store credit and replacement only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
